Investigator will talk about gathering real estate information

Al Schweitzer, a nationally renowned investigator, will speak Wednesday, Aug. 27 to local real-estate investors about gathering information related to judgments, potential tenants and impending foreclosures.

Schweitzer's presentation to the Bellingham Real Estate Investors Network will start at 6 p.m. at Fox Hall, 3985 Bennett Drive, and is open to the public. No pre-registration is necessary. Admission is $10 for nonmembers.

Schweitzer will advise real-estate investors on how to conduct background checks on potential tenants and business partners, how to conduct quality market research, how to locate owners of abandoned property and how to use judgments to reduce the price of property.
