Wells Fargo appoints 3 to new positions

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage recently named Marty Schroder as manager of its new Bellingham South branch and appointed Kevin Kurtz and Jennifer Young as home mortgage consultants there.

Schroder, a lifelong resident of northwest Washington, has 16 years of experience in the home-loan sector, primarily as a branch manager and a senior loan consultant. He graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Kurtz, a Bellingham native, has 14 years of experience in home loans after graduating from Bellingham High School and Western Washington University.

Young, also a lifelong resident of Bellingham, graduated from WWU with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has 15 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer.

Schroder, Kurtz and Young assist clients with a wide range of residential loans, including purchases, new construction, FHA and VA loans, refinances and home-equity loans.
