ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Bellingham Herald is pleased to announce engagements, weddings, anniversaries or birthdays for current or former Whatcom County residents free of charge.

The Herald cannot guarantee the day of publication. The deadline to submit announcements is noon on Monday for possible printing in the following Sunday's issue.

Announcements are made for 25th, 50th, 60th and beyond anniversaries only. Couples may submit a current photo and one from their wedding.

Wedding and anniversary announcements must be received no later than 90 calendar days after the wedding or celebration date. Only brief announcements without a photo will be published after 90 days. Announcements received after 120 days will not be published.

Send photos via email to laura.steiger@bellinghamherald.com.

Black and white photographs or color photographs of any size are acceptable. When submitting photographs on disk or via email, please use EPS, Photoshop, TIFF or JPEG file formats.

Photos must be scanned onto the disk at 140 dots per inch (dpi); printing area must be 2 inches by 3 inches for maximum resolution.

Although great care is taken with announcement photos and computer disks, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to a photo or disk while it is in our possession.

Photographs or disk should be picked up from The Herald office within two weeks of publication. They will not be mailed.
