Ferndale veterinary hospital achieves Envirostar status

Glacierview Animal Hospital in Ferndale recently achieved EnviroStar status.

According to a company press release, it is the first veterinary hospital in Whatcom County to achieve this status, which is run in Whatcom County as a joint effort of Whatcom County Health Department and the regional EnviroStars Cooperative. EnviroStar-certified companies are those making a recognized effort to protect the environment by reducing pollution, hazardous materials, waste, and preserving natural resources.
