First American Title and Escrow has promoted Tammy Walker to manager of the Bellingham office.

Since joining First American in 1990, Walker has served as an escrow officer, limited practice officer and the escrow manager.

Walker is a lifelong resident of Bellingham. She and her husband Scott also own Walker's Carpet One, serving homeowners and businesses in Whatcom County since 1962.
