SPIE to host fundraiser for Mother Baby Center

closeSPIE will open its doors to the public in a fundraiser to benefit the Mother Baby Center of Bellingham.
The MBC Charity Art Event will be held at the SPIE campus, 1000 20th St., from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4.
Some of the auction items for bid include a chef-prepared oyster dinner, a custom made holiday floral arrangement, photography, Bellingham Theatre Guild tickets, Brenthaven Bags, Chrysalis Inn & Spa gifts, a Flats Tapas Bar gift certificate, a one-night stay and gift package from the Fairhaven Village Inn, and a sunset cruise for two from Gato Verde Adventure Sailing. Over 100 items have been donated.
The event will feature a wine and cheese reception, provided by Whatcom Winemakers and the Best Western Lakeway Inn.
