Bellingham-based Logos Bible Software has announced the release of two products: Logos 4 and a free iPhone application.

Logos 4 is the newest version of its Bible software. More than three years in development, Logos 4 represents the new standard in digital Bible study, according to a company press release.

"When we sat down to design Logos 4, we knew it couldn't be just another upgrade to the previous version," said Bob Pritchett, president of Logos Bible Software, in the press release. "Logos 4 is a complete re-imagining of what a desktop biblical study library ought to be."

The Logos 4 software can manage digital libraries of more than 10,000 titles. For details, visit logos.com/4.

The Logos Bible Software iPhone app delivers tools and resources to help people study the Bible with an iPhone or iPod Touch.

Currently, the Logos iPhone app is a free download that can access 30 of the Bibles available at bible.logos.com with no registration. If a user would like to access more titles, they may register for an account and get access to an additional 30 titles, including devotionals, commentaries and original biblical language resources.

Visit logos.com/iphone for more information.

Logos Bible Software is the publisher of multilingual Bible software for both the Macintosh and Windows platform. The company serves church and academic markets.
