HBHansen Construction wins two awards

closeHBHansen Construction Inc. recently received two Whatcom County BIA Remodelers in Excellence Awards.
The Lynden company in the categories of "Best Commercial Remodel between $100-250K" and "Best Commercial Remodel Over $250K."
The remodel of Lynden's Express Lube, sporting a Dutch-theme facade to meet the City of Lynden's design criteria, included the addition of a second service bay as well as a separate customer entrance and waiting room.
HBHansen's second winning entry, in the "over $250K" category, was an updated façade on the Meridian Plaza shopping center in Bellingham. New awnings, architectural columns, benches created from salvaged columns and improved tenant signing are all significant features of this updated strip mall. HBHansen worked with Grinstad & Wagner Architects.
