LEGION BASEBALL: Post 7 AA splits at Oak Harbor

The Bellingham Post 7 AA Legion team split two games Wednesday, July 1, at Oak Harbor, winning the first one 3-0 and losing the later game 11-4.

In the opener, John Albert (3-1) earned the complete-game shutout, striking out two and walking one while giving up five hits. Albert also was 3 for 3 with a run and a double for Post 7 (10-4, 19-6).

In the second game, Sean Hagerty led the Post 7 offense, going 3 for 3.
