We can't all be graceful swans, especially when it comes to eating time.
As anyone in the newsroom, any sort of buffet or Costco on Sunday morning can attest, all of my grace goes out the door when food is nearby. Should I wish to add a touch of class and restraint to my dining habits, it won't come in a change of behavior, but rather a change of décor.
With its delicately curved neck and arched tail, this lovely cream-colored bird bowl by Jonathan Adler would provide the perfect distraction on my dinner table. It's available for $65 at Digs, 200 W. Holly St.
