Another week, another first-time winner at Deming Speedway.
Steven Hendrickson, a rookie in the Lifestyles RV 1200 class, held off multi-champion Brock Lemley to win his first career main event at the 1/6 mile clay oval.
Blake Brigge, after a year and a half hiatus, led all 25 laps of the 600 main. Blake held off Logan Forler for the final few laps.
The PMP Chassis 600 Restricted class was dominated by Chad Sinner. Sinner timed in almost two-tenths of a second faster than the field, and ran away with his main, beating second place Jacob Buckenmeyer by almost a full straightaway.
The Advanced Sprint Car and Toys for Trucks 250 main featured three different leaders. Spud Allen who was forced to the pits around lap 10 with broken radius rods led from the start. After the yellow, Jake Benson assumed the lead on the restart but Shawn Holtorf muscled around Benson and fended off multiple charges from the former race leader and former Clay Cup champion Eric Turner on his way to victory lane.
Austin Sheridan dominated the Kasey Kahne Junior Sprint division main.
