Students who are interested in taking the ACT test in October need to make sure they are registered soon.
The deadline for the college admission and placement exam is Friday, Sept. 19. Late registrations, with an additional fee, will be accepted until Friday, Oct. 3.
The cost for the traditional ACT is $31, and $46 for the ACT Plus Writing test.
To register, go to www.actstudent.org or pick up a registration packet from a high school counseling office.
