Information on more than 1,200 organizations in Whatcom County can now be found in one spot online.
The list of nonprofits, service agencies and government organizations is available by going to www.whatcomcounts.org and clicking on "Local Resources" on the left.
Bellingham Public Library had maintained part of the list for 10 years, which was known as Whatcom Information Network. It included descriptions and contact information for local organizations.
That list was merged earlier this month with one maintained by Whatcom Coalition for Healthy Communities, then put on www.whatcomcounts.org.
