Average gas price in Bellingham drops to $4

UPDATED AT 10:02 A.M. -- BELLINGHAM -- The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline dropped back to $4 Tuesday, down 50 cents a gallon from its high on June 21.

Diesel prices also have dropped dramatically in the last month but remain higher than gas.

Regular unleaded
