North Post 7 lost at Stanwood 5-4 on Friday, July 18 in AA Legion action.

North Post 7 finished the regular season 24-11 overall and won the league title with a 12-2 record. Up next for North Post 7 is districts next week.

Andrew Forhan was 2 for 4 with a double and RBI, Michael Dallas was 2 for 3 with a triple and run, and Ben Wilson was 2 for 3 with a double and two runs.

Five North Post 7 players were selected to the AA Legion All-Star game which will be played on Sunday, July 20 at Mount Vernon.

Outfielder Matt Cottingham, outfielder Dan Herda, shortstop Anthony Pitsch, pitcher Marcus Inge and catcher Andrew Murray were selected.
