DOT installs I-90 cameras

The Washington state Department of Transportation installed four new cameras and electronic signs on Interstate 90, between Denny Creek and Elk Heights.

The cameras are in areas where traffic frequently backs up on holidays and weekends, according to the DOT.

The images are available on the DOT Web site, www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic. The new locations: exit 47 at Denny Creek Road, exit 77 at Golf Course Road, exit 85 at Cle Elum and exit 93 at Elk Heights.
