The Barkley Business Association is sponsoring the second annual Barkley Neighborhood Festival.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 19 at the Barkley Haggen store and the Barkley Village area. There will be a free lunch and a variety of games and a musical performance from The Motown Cruisers.
