BLAINE — Blaine is celebrating warmer weather with its annual city cleanup day Saturday.
The collection site for unwanted material, on C Street, between Third and Fourth streets, will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Disposal charges vary: a truck or trailer load will cost $12; a carload will be charged $7; tires are $3 each; and refrigerators and freezers are $25 each.
Free recycling will be available for paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, tin and aluminum.
