BELLINGHAM — Republican gubernatorial challenger Dino Rossi will speak to the Northwest Business Club at noon Wednesday.
Rossi narrowly lost to Democratic Gov. Chris Gregoire in 2004.
The meeting is at the Elks Lodge, 710 S. Samish Way.
Admission is $7 for members and $15 for nonmembers. A lunch buffet opens at 11:30 a. m.
