Realtors association honors 3 from county

The Whatcom County Association of Realtors recently honored Lorraine Hoving of Windermere Real Estate and Alycia and Travis HoGlin of Countrywide Home Loans.
Hoving was named WCAR’s Realtor of the First Quarter. Based at Windermere’s new Birch Bay Square office, she has four
years of real estate experience and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation.
WCAR selected Alycia and Travis HoGlin as its Affiliates of the First Quarter. Alycia HoGlin is the sales manager at Countrywide’s new location in Sunnyland Square and Travis HoGlin is a home-loan consultant at the office. Both have been active participants in many different areas of WCAR and spearheaded promotions and advertising for the awards banquet.
WCAR is a nonprofit organization celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. With a membership of more than 800 Realtors, 50 brokers and 60 affiliates, WCAR provides continuing- education classes for members and information for prospective buyers and sellers of real estate. It also conducts fundraisers that benefit Habitat for Humanity, local food banks and other local charities.
