PIER Systems Inc., a provider of online public information software, has added two new engineers in product and development and quality assurance.
Richard Taylor joins the company as senior software engineer. Taylor will implement software solutions that will help streamline and enhance PIER as a critical online communications platform. Before joining PIER, Taylor was a software engineer for Attachmate.
The new quality assurance engineer is Kevin Byford. Formerly at DIS Corp., Byford will take the lead in systems administration on PIER’s production and backup servers as well as creating a test framework for PIER.
