Meridian lost to Charles Wright 4-0 in a Class 1A bidistrict boys’ soccer game at Sumner Stadium on Thursday.
“This is one to be forgotten,” Meridian coach Joe Spencer said in a phone interview.
“We’re just going to move on.”
Meridian, which has already qualified for the state tournament, will face Vashon Island in the third-place game at Bonney Lake on Saturday.
