BELLINGHAM — The 12th annual Intercultural Festival, a celebration of world culture and diversity, will be at Whatcom Community College today.
The celebration, Moving Towards Unity - W + E, is free and open to the public.
It includes music and dance performances by WCC’s ethnic student groups.
Performances run from 6 to 10 p.m. in the Syre Student Center Auditorium.
