A survey is now available to Birch Bay residents and landowners as part of a study looking at the possibility of incorporating the area into a city.

The survey can be found at www.berkandassociates.com/survey.html, or by calling Whatcom County at 676- 6707 ext. 50686. The survey will also be available at a public forum scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Birch Bay Bible Community Church, 7029 Jackson Road.

The forum will include question-and-answer and discussion sessions about incorporation.
