Thumbs up - To the remodeling of the intersection of Bay and Holly streets in downtown Bellingham, which will make it safer for pedestrians and cars alike.
Thumbs Down - To audit results that found the city of Bellingham wasn't keeping a close eye on grants and contracts. Thankfully, city officials are already moving to fix the problem.
