Thumbs up - To Whatcom County gasoline dealers along Meridian Street who have been dropping prices. Their willingness to work on smaller margins is a blessing to others.

Thumbs Down - To the man who allegedly shouted racial slurs at two black men in Bellingham Wednesday. That kind of behavior is not tolerable in our community.
