Thumbs up - To members of the three Bellingham Rotary clubs that were instrumental in helping get the new Bellingham Food Bank building constructed and opened.

Thumbs Down - To drivers who police say are generally ignoring a new law and continuing to talk on their cell phones while driving. Hopefully a few tickets will change behaviors.
