BELLINGHAM — A Bellingham mini-mart had its liquor license suspended Friday because of two over-service violations.
Bellingham Police officers noticed two incidents of staff at The Smart Shop, 415 E. Holly St., selling alcohol to intoxicated patrons on March 25. When questioned by officers, the customers confirmed they bought the alcohol at the store.
The store will be able to continue other business during the suspension, which ends May 24.
