Author Noble Smith to discuss Hobbits and novels at Lummi Library


Author Noble Smith shares her book, "The Wisdom of the Shire" and "Spartans at the Gates," the forthcoming second book in the Warrior Trilogy, and talks about what people can learn from Hobbits, at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at Lummi Island Library, 2144 S. Nugent Road.

Smith is an award-winning playwright, video-game writer, documentary producer, media director of a human rights foundation, and a blogger. Refreshments will be served.

Smith's talk is sponsored by Friends of Island Library.
