Rheumatoid arthritis seminar on Friday


BELLINGHAM - The Arthritis Foundation will provide information for healthy living as well as connections to local resources for those who've recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

The three-hour program starts at 9 a.m. Friday, July 11. Included in the class are treatment options, self-management strategies and how to set goals.

The seminar will be held at1329 N. State St., the same building that houses Puget Sound Energy offices and the Copper Hog.
