Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Brian Wayne Powell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for an arrest warrant.

Kyle Scott Beedell, booked by Ferndale Police Department for hit and run, second-degree assault and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Zachery Douglas Henson, booked by Everson Police Department for theft of a motor vehicle and failure to appear for second-degree robbery.

Robert Kyle Hodge, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kenneth Jay Oswald, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

James Edward Wilson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Michael Todd Howard, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for felony harassment.

Dean Olaf May, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Payton Thomas Mulryan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Donald Clark Bering, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Brock Troy Nieuwendorp, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Rodolfo Nava Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for delivery of a controlled substance.

William Matthew Holmstrom, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Matthew Todd Kinkel, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence and issuing a false statement to an officer.

Amanda Lynn Vanbeek, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft.

Edward Curtis Humes, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.
