Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

April Ann Smith, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless endangerment.

Thomas Robert Anderson Jr., booked by Ferndale Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, refusing to cooperate with an officer and a Department of Corrections detainer.

Myles Vaughn Pajnogac, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a protection order, domestic violence.

Marshall Joseph Foster, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Damien Bob Boneclub, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Patrick Glen Kevin Goessman, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a protection order and fourth-degree assault.

Suraj Pankaj Bhatt, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for minor operating a vehicle while under influence of alcohol.

Clay Sheldon Wise, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct.

Laura M. Cowan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for disorderly conduct and failure to appear for a controlled substance violation.

Summer Caitlin Stelmach, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft, controlled substance violation and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Nicholas Stephen Austin, booked by Bellingham Police Department for manufacturing/delivery/possession of narcotics.

Frederick Robert Muenscher, booked by Ferndale Police Department for indecent exposure.

Jeffery Herbert Slack, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree trafficking and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Todd Grant Hawley, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree assault.

Rudy Cruz, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting.

Andrea Nicole Nichols, booked by Lynden Police Department for felony harassment, fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Steven Paul Marois, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribe for drunkenness, public indecency and disorderly conduct.
