Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Monte Elder Speedis, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribe for third-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief, resisting arrest and drinking in public.

Rosa Maria Mares, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Russell Scott Wentz, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fugitive from justice warrants.

Preston Nathaniel Yip, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Justin Donald Spencer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Jesse Silva Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for vehicular homicide.

Anthony Michael Anderson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Krystal Camelle Goetz, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Malerie Mae Wilson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, paraphernalia use and failure to appear for paraphernalia use.

Kerchelle Nicole Pickard-Kamps, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for: prostitution and violating a protection order.

Shannon Thomas Rennings, booked by Department of Corrections for a community custody violation.

Timothy James Holton, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Jeremy Kyle Rister, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Charlene Esther Wilbur, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

Kevin Joseph Karcher, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for residential burglary.

Cameron Broderick McMartin, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
