Festival of American Fiddle Tunes comes to Port Townsend

The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes brings the music of Louisiana, Cape Breton and New England to the Northwest with a rare gathering of legendary musicians.

Workshops begin Sunday, June 29, and performances take place July 4 and 5 at Fort Worden State Park and other venues in Port Townsend.

Among the participants are Alasdair Fraser, Peter Rowan, Joel Savoy and Cathie Whitesides. Details: 360-385-3102, centrum.org.
