Newlywed pianists Cole Anderson, who grew up in Bellingham, and Siyuan Li perform a joint recital at 7 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 at Lairmont Manor, 405 Fieldson Road in Bellingham.

Newlywed pianists Cole Anderson and Siyuan Li perform a joint recital at 7 p.m. Friday, June 20, at Lairmont Manor, 405 Fieldson Road.

The program includes the Liszt B-minor Sonata, as well as music by Chopin and Ives.

Both are doctoral students at the University of Michigan and on the faculty of the Anchorage Chamber Music Festival. Anderson grew up in Whatcom County; Li was born in Guangzhou, China.
