The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Brian Scott Anderson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

Orlando Roe Castaneda Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Gaylon Clint Hulsebus, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree robbery.

Kathleen Lanae Hicks, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.

Barbara Marianne Stewart, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Miranda Rose Neufeld, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree burglary and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Chase Thomas Neilan, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree identity theft.

David Ryan O'Dell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree theft and second-degree trafficking.

Anthony B. White, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Ernesto Sosa, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Amanda Marie Ward, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribal Police for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.
