The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Adam Zachary Russell, booked by Lynden Police Department for driving under the influence.

Tracey Renee James, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Jace Diamond Cutrer, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and urinating in public.

Jacob Steven Perret, booked by Ferndale Police Department for reckless driving and obstructing a police officer.

Lannie Ann Dickerson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for sitting or lying on a public sidewalk.

James Ray Norris, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for residential burglary.

Travis Robert Boucher, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Christopher Williams, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Dusty Donald Shepherd, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and failure to comply for use of drug paraphernalia.

Tommie Robert Strange, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, shoplifting and obstructing a police officer.

Tyler Vitalich, booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Stephen Mark Bergerson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for violating a no-contact order.

Samantha Danielle Crouch, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Vaughn Anton Tufts, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and abusive language.

Nichole Candice Mondares, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license, possession of a dangerous weapon and third-degree theft.
