Power out in north Lake Whatcom area

BELLINGHAM — A power outage took out electricity for about 1,800 customers around 11:45 a.m. in the north Lake Whatcom area.

The cause is unknown.

A repair crew is on its way to fix the problem, a spokeswoman from Puget Sound Energy said.
