Jason Glenn Waite, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a second-degree suspended license and failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Gary William Milton II, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Arne Lou Harang, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violation of a protection order.
