The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Zackary Dronfield Salas, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Atancio Jimenez Hernandez, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Timothy Allen Box, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Dustin F. Brown, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, hit and run of attended and unattended vehicles, and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Allen Harris, booked by the Everson Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Alix Maria Hicks, booked by the Everson Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Jose Jesus Villa, booked by the Blaine Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Keith Joseph Hepsley, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Matthew Phillip Godzik, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting, disorderly conduct, sitting or lying on a public sidewalk and failure to appear for aiding and abetting third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Bret Tyler Wilson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony failure to register as a sex offender, third-degree theft and escape.

Cedar Mayo, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for felony harassment.

Chicko Cholas Morris, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court, third-degree theft and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Melissa Dawn Laclair, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree theft.

Jacob Bobby Marriott, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
