The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Seyvon Haasoni West, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing a police officer.

Steven Gale Buckner II, booked by Ferndale Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief and failure to appear for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Aaron Russell Jellum, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing a police officer, disorderly conduct and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nathan Jon Thomas III, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Jacob Steven Humphrey, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Samuel Glen Popejoy, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Gerardo Garza-Iribe, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ariel Andres Alonso, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Oba Peter Darvee Little, booked by Ferndale Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Michael Bra Scherbakov-Coutts, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree malicious mischief.

Kristie Lee Baker, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Angela Marie Emery, booked by Ferndale Police Department for first-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for aiding and abetting first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cody Curtis Craig, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Francisco Siguina-Cotoc, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for minor in possession/consuming alcohol.

Alan Ray Birdsall, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
