The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Raymond Maxwell Zinn Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for violation of a no-contact order, violation of a domestic violence court order involving a vulnerable adult, felony harassment, first-degree burglary and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Kevin A. Shinn, booked by Bellingham Police Department for possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, shoplifting, and failure to appear for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Monica Inez Delagarza, booked by Lynden Police Department for driving under the influence.

Ashley Lynn Talley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a second-degree suspended license, third-degree theft, shoplifting and obstructing law enforcement.

Ethan Antone Cooper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment and felony harassment.

Sandra Leos, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a courtesy hold for Skagit County Jail.

Joseph Eugene Aiello, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Timothy Brian Moojelski, booked by Sumas Police Department for driving with a second-degree suspended license.

Kioni Noel Bryant-Hines, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a courtesy hold for Skagit County Jail.

Edward Bernard Warner, booked by Bellingham Police Department for making false statements to a public officer and failure to appear for: driving with a third-degree suspended license and second-degree illegal possession of a firearm.

Jason William Berry, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Justin Michael Irwin, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree burglary.

Matthew Paul Pierce, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fugitive from justice warrants.

Melissa Mae Montes, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Aimee Lynn Stone, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for manufacturing, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Robert Lawrence Saylor, booked by Western Washington University Police Department for minor operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana.

Timothy Michael Hulett, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for delivery of a controlled substance, second-degree burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Brandi Lenee Fisher, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for delivery of a controlled substance.

Craig A. Larsen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for contempt of court.
