Music sale at WWU features CDs, books, scores


BELLINGHAM - Choose from a selection of new and used musical recordings and music-related books and other publications during a sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 22, in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center at Western Washington University, 516 High St.

It's sponsored by the Friends of the WWU Music Department and includes CDs, LPs and other recordings; music-oriented books and magazines; and musical scores.

Most items are in excellent condition and represent a variety of musical genres, including classical and jazz. Most items are priced at $1.50 to $3, with price breaks for multiple purchases (CDs are $3 each or 2 for $5).
