The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Marissa Nicole Jacobsen, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

John Michael Amick, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Datyous Mahmoudian, booked by Washington State Patrol for minor operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Myles Vaughn Pajnogac, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.

Syndee Lee Thompson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for contempt of court.

Thomas Joseph Duffy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for carrying, exhibiting or drawing a weapon.

Helen Jolene Nelson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Gary Lee Powell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Ian Alexander Mac Gregor, booked by Ferndale Police Department for reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver.

Nickolas Dakota Cooper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault.

Sarah Renee James, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for violation of a no-contact order.
