The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

David William Purviance, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for first-degree and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Joshua Scott Sheridan, booked by Ferndale Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

Chantelle Lea Knase, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

David James Kelly, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Stephen Andrew Akers, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Dennis James Kelly, booked by Blaine Police Department for fourth-degree assault and interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Robert Leroy Smith, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a violation of a protection order.

Abdul Masood Qayumi, booked by Homeland Security Investigation for a U.S. Marshall Hold.

Daniel Eric Michaelson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Brock Troy Nieuwendorp, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Amber Philene Rosse, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver.

Manuel Valenzuela, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for identity theft, forgery and second-degree theft.
