The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael Edward Hall, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Tonya Corine Feistner, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for vehicular homicide.

Julia Dancing Tronson Lilley, booked by Juvenile Detention for a probation violation for third-degree theft.

Brian Andrew Terris, booked by Blaine Police Department for failure to comply for both fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Anthony Terrance Galler, booked by Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cody Allen Call, booked by a bail bond company for failure to comply for both residential burglary and second-degree theft.

Richard Emil Erlandson, booked by Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Andrew James Boyd, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Alberto Manuel Mora-Morales, booked by Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Aleana Michelle Cline, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and aiding and abetting, and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theodore Kjell Thompson, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Amy Nicole Creek, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a controlled substances violation and possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.

Erica LaClair, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for use of drug paraphernalia.

Sebastian Castro-Lara, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree assault, obstructing a police officer and failure to appear on: violation of a protection order, failure to transfer a title within 45 days, third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, resisting arrest,

Anthony Fermin Romero, booked by Bellingham Police Department for sale, delivery or possession of a legend drug and failure to appear for both driving under the influence and an ignition interlock violation.

Sanford G. Roberts, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Carlos Antonio Torres, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for unlawful possession of a firearm, obstructing a police officer and discharging a weapon in the city.

Troy Michael Robert Florek, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree theft and first-degree trafficking.
