OUTDOOR IDAHO TAKES A LOOK AT HENRYS FORK

The episode premieres at 8 p.m., Thursday, May 15, on Idaho Public Television and tells the story of Henrys Fork of the Snake River and the people working to preserve it.

The program repeats at 7 p.m., Sunday, May 18.

MUSHROOM PROGRAM SET MAY 30-JUNE 1 IN MCCALL

Registration is being taken for the Southern Idaho Mycological Association's annual Spring Foray at Upper Osprey Lodge at the Quaker Hill Church Camp.

MUSHROOM GATHERING ALLOWED IN FIRE AREAS

Hunting for mushrooms for personal use is permitted in the Beaver Creek Fire area in the Ketchum and Fairfield ranger districts.

A permit is needed from offices of the Sawtooth National Forest. Permits allow 5 gallons per day.

WARM LAKE CREEK BRIDGE REOPENS AFTER REPAIRS

Repairs were completed earlier than expected on the bridge, which allows access to Warm Lake's Shoreline boat launch and other parts of the lake, east of Cascade.
