The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Martin Lewis Burgess, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear for violating a protection order.

Rocky Paul Pouliot Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Alexander William Ball, booked by Bellingham Police Department for sitting or lying on a public sidewalk and a parks/restricted area violation.

Jonathan Hamilton, booked for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Brandyn Marie Fisher, booked by Bellingham Police Department for first-degree burglary and driving under the influence.

Derek Shaw Golubjatnikov, booked by Washington State Patrol for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Valentino E. Revey III, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence and first-degree possession of stolen property.

Almar John Nobriga, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Taylor Swearingen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Teaya Churrie Johansen, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Darrin James Wilson, booked by Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Jennifer Lynette Martinez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstruction of a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Lee Marie Fleek, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear.

Robert Antczak, booked by Washington State Patrol for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

Frank Toby Solomon Sr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for contempt of court, third-degree assault and third-degree theft.

Benjamin Joseph Jennings, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.
