The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jason Daniel Sanders, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Zachary Lee Tripp, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Jayvon Harold Jenkins, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Virginia Aldrenda Roberts, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribal Police for violation of a protection order.

Sara Marie Robinson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree assault.

John Brazil Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for resisting arrest.

Shelia Lynn Phair, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Lesley Alexandra Villatoro, booked by Bellingham Police Department for first-degree attempted murder, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery.

Eden Taylor Southworth, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license.
