Robert Douglas Abshire, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for theft of a motor vehicle.

Kathleen Lanae Hicks, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Vladimir V. Dubrovskiy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Tyler Wayne Blackwelder, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a residential burglary.

Jordan Richard Houser, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for a controlled substance violation.

Hunter Jay Hicks, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Dannielle Sky Fredericks, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Amanda Marie Ward, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribal Police for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Jessica Ann Clark, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting.

Mariah Alana Megan Williams, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

David Nathaniel Nixt, booked by Ferndale Police Department for a violation of a no-contact order.

Justin Quinn Hutchison, booked by Bellingham Police Department for intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Allen Garold Jefferson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for first-degree criminal trespassing.
